Laurie Strebendt

Strebendt, Laurie Ann - Age 48, of Davison, died Friday April 29, 2022 at her residence. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial for family will be held. Laurie was born in Dearborn, Michigan on April 16, 1974. She is survived by step-father George Sharbo; step-mother, Sue Strebendt; sisters, Jeannie Mildner, Christina ( Len) Miller; niece, Jessica Mildner;  nephew, Reece Miller; best friend, Amy Baker. Laurie was preceded in death by her parents, Alan Strebendt and Kathleen Mary Hatfield. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, Laurie spent the majority of her tenure teaching. She enjoyed hobbies such as walking on local trails, running in races with her sister, playing Pokemon in downtown Davison, writing in her journal, practicing her calligraphy, playing with her cats, watching cooking shows, gardening, and enjoying time with her family and friends. Laurie had one of the most genuine hearts and would do just about anything for anyone to make them happy. She was an amazing sister and friend who will be greatly missed. "Salute" Laurie!
