Larry Osterhout

OSTERHOUT, Larry Mark - age 73 of Flint, died Monday July 9, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, July 13, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Burial at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-8 PM Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the family. Larry was born September 8, 1944 in Bay City, the son of Merle Albert Osterhout and Genevieve Cecilia (Fox) Cotter. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines. Larry married Kathy Lynne Wheeler in Burton on June 25, 1977. He was a Fork Lift Driver for 30 years for GM-Buick City, retiring in 1998. Larry enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing cards, and Yahtzee. Surviving are: wife, Kathy; children, Larry (Karen) Osterhout and Kathy (Tracy) Minster; eight grandchildren; siblings, Dixie (James) Gunther, Linda (Stuart) Baird, Alan (Deb) Osterhout, Kay (Dan) Gotham; sisters in law, Merrianne (David) Spencer and Robin Peraino,; special friend, Kenneth Cottrill; several nieces and nephews.
