Kristina Lawrence

Saturday, March 26th, 2022,  Heaven unexpectedly gained an angel; Kristina Lisa Lawrence.  Kristina (Tina), of Evart Michigan, passed away at the young age of 51. She left us far too soon and far too young.  Kristina is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Doug Olds, her parents, Donna Miller and Jimmy Mesyn, brothers Daniel & Ryan Mesyn, and Kenny Smith, aunt and uncle, Daniel and Pam Miller, and Niece and nephew Megan and Brandon Smith.

Kristina had a tremendous love for animals. She had a way of connecting to animals more than people. Any animal lucky enough to be in her care always became the most spoiled pet you could ever imagine.  Heidi was her favorite dog and passed away a few years ago. Both Kristina and Heidi are together again.  Kristina also LOVED flowers, especially yellow ones, but she couldn’t keep them alive longer than a day. Her gardening talent has been passed down to her daughter.

Kristina was a gentle soul and very sentimental. Anywhere she went she carried a box and a tote that contained all of her precious memories. The contents of these two items were her most cherished possession as it was filled with pictures, cards, concert tickets, and anything she did with the people she loved or from the people she loved.  Kristina loved to write, day and night, all her thoughts, dreams, and hopes.  She was a beautiful writer and had a great talent for capturing all her emotions in everything she was writing and making you feel just as she did at the moment that she was writing them.

It was Kristina’s wish for a gathering to share the good times and remember those moments, cherish them together, as family and friends.  A memorial celebration of Kristina’s life will take place at a later date. A notification will be sent with details of a place and time.
