Kim Irene Ostrom

OSTROM, Kim Irene- Age 43, of Fenton, died Thursday March 23, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center.  Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Monday March 27, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Home; Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton.  Pastor James Wiegand officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-9 PM Saturday and 1-4 and 6-9 PM Sunday.  Those desiring may make contributions to the Kim Ostrom memorial fund.  Kim was born January 9, 1963 in Pontiac, the daughter of Kenneth Eugene and LaVern (Dunlop) Hutchins.  She was a 1981 graduate of Holly High School and  had been employed at Kentucky Fried Chicken for 5 years as a manager.  She had resided in Fenton since 1996, coming from Holly.  Surviving are:  4 children, Sean and Eric Tower, Amanda and Joshua Wood; mother, LaVern Walker of Waterford; step mother, Marion (Hutchins) Irwin of Harrison; 4 sisters, Sharon (Chuck) Griggs of Lapeer, Cynthia (Rusty) Morgan of Weidman, Laura Knapp of Lapeer, Kris Hutchins of Fenton; 2 brothers, Brian (Lisa) Hutchins of Harrison, Kenneth Hutchins, Jr. of Holly; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Micheal Wade of Fenton and Renee Ostrom of Holly.  She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Eugene Hutchins and sister, Terrie Lynn Blanzy.  Those desiring may share online condolences or post a tribute at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
