LEWIS, Kerry Dwayne - left this world quietly and unexpectedly, Friday, July 14, just four days shy of his 54th birthday.  He leaves a loving wife, Jennifer, along with family and friends.  He is greatly missed and loved.  A funeral service honoring Kerry's life will be held 3 PM Monday, July 17, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48507 with Pastor Jeff Frechette officiating.  A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Kerry graduated from Kearsley High School and worked as a professional truck driver.  He was a sports enthusiast, loved college football and watching baseball and golf on television.  Kerry often attended local high school football games and minor league baseball games including, the West Michigan White Caps, Lansing Lugnuts and Midland Loons. He was a great fan of the Michigan Wolverines as well as Grand Valley Laker Football and often attended both home and away GVSU games. Most of all, Kerry loved his wife Jennifer and spending time with her.  They often traveled to East Tawas or Lake Michigan to spend time on the beach and visit Lighthouses.  He loved going to Florida with the Palm trees and dreamed of moving there in the future. Kerry was a big fan of Christmas and Charlie Brown themed decorations. He was a nature lover and was kind and loving to all. In his early life, Kerry spent a lot of time with his grandparents and loved swimming in their pool, shooting baskets in the driveway and just being with his family.  Later in their lives, he demonstrated his love and kindness by caring for them and helping them whenever needed. He was a much-loved grandson. Kerry is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Stieve), his brother Danny Lewis, uncle, Christopher Lewis along with his mother in-law, Karen McNea (Richard McNea), father in-law, Mike Stieve (Barbie Stieve), sister in-law, Jill Follick (Bronson Follick), nieces and nephews, Katelyn Bleau (Kyle), Jacob Bleau, Kyle Lewis and Brianna Lewis along with cousins Kym Danhof and Jason Lewis.
