Knapp, Kerry Lee, age 48, of Flint, died Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Hurley Medical Center. Services will be held 11:00AM Friday November 4, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor John Kenammer officiating. Burial to follow at Byron Cemetery, Byron. Visitation will be held 5:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family. Kerry was born June 13, 1963 in Byron the son of the late David W. and Bonnie V. Knapp. He enjoyed working on his truck. He worked for his father as a garage door installer and repairman. He is survived by his wife, Whitney; children, Joe (Crystal) Jones, Melissa Knapp (Luke Mignogna), David Knapp (Krystal Milton) and Carl Wise; Grandchildren, Dominick, Preston & Zackery Mignogna, Evilyn & Zeddicus Jones; parents, Dennis and Bonnie Kammers; brothers, Kenny (Julie) Kammers, Kevin (Marsha) Kammers; sister, Cindy Mitchell; many nieces and nephews and lots of friends.
