Kenneth W. Spencer, Sr.

SPENCER, Kenneth W., Sr., - Age 59, died at home Tuesday, July 27, 2004.  Kenneth was born in Bay City November 16, 1944 the son of Wilbur and Mollie (Eichman) Spencer.  He has been a Flint area resident most of his lifetime.   He and Laura Adkins were married in Flint in 1980.  Kenneth retired from General Motors Corp. after 30 years of service.  He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, but most of all enjoyed his family especially the grandkids.  Surviving is his wife Laura; five children: Kenneth W. Spencer, Jr., (Robin), Tammy Franklin (John), Todd Brancheau (Kim), Carey King (Mark) and Anthony Spencer (Denise).  Also surviving are 3 sister, 2 brothers, many nieces and nephews and his special in-laws.  He was preceded in death by his parents Wilbur and Mollie.  Kenneth's family gives their gratitude and thanks to Davison Hospice for the kind, loving care and concern, especially Lanelle, Marti, Karla and others.  There will be no viewing or visitation as cremation rites have been accorded.  Those desiring to remember Kenneth may do so with a memorial contribution to the Davison Hospice.  Friends may share online condolences with the family at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
