Kenneth SMITH

SMITH, Kenneth Ernest, age 92, of Swartz Creek, died Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Brian's House of Davison. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Kenneth was born May 16, 1919 in Columbiaville MI, the son of the late Ernest and Beulah (Luther) Smith. He married Dorothy Jean McGlashen in Ohio on September 14, 1941. Mr. Smith was an area farmer for 62 years, and hauled raw milk in the Genesee County and surrounding areas for 28 of those years. Surviving are; wife of 69 years, Dorothy of Swartz Creek; sons, Dallas of Fenton and David (Marla) of Bellevue; daughter Diane (Will) Davison of Traverse City; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister Ila Groves , and nephew Tommy Groves both of FL.
