Kenneth Michaels

MICHAELS, Kenneth F. - age 82, of Gaines, died Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Genesys Health Park. A service of remembrance will be held 11 AM Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Linden Masonic Lodge, 119 N. Bridge St., Linden. Interment of cremated remains will follow at Argentine Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Kenneth was born June 15, 1925. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Marine Corp. Kenneth retired from General Motors. He was very active in the community serving on the Summer Happenings Committee for many years and teaching Hunter's Education at the Linden Sportsman Club where he was an active member. Kenneth was also a life time member of the Morning Star Lodge #556 F & AM. Surviving are: many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends. Kenneth will be long remembered by many young men and women who sat under him in Hunter's Safety. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Michaels.
