Kenneth Hoop

HOOP, Kenneth Allan - age 72 of Burton, passed away April 16, 2023. Funeral service will be at 6:00 PM Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center located at 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Per his wishes, Mr. Hoop will be cremated following the funeral. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until the time of service on Thursday. Memorial contributions in memory of Kenneth to the family.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Bobbie; daughter, Tina (Terry) Ruff of Swartz Creek;  grandchildren, Bianca Ruff, Brandyn Ruff, Brandie (Jon) Ellis, Bradley Radocks, Adria Radocks, Madison Topham, Heaven-Leigh Burnette and Andrew (Brittany) McNeil;  great-grandchildren, Josslyn Haywood, Scarlette Haywood, Wyatt Ellis, Noah Miller, Gabriella McNeil, Roderick Willis, Evan Willis and Cameron Murray;  brothers; Robert (Lori) Hoop, Gary Hoop and Terry Hoop;  also surviving are nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Kenneth was born on October 19, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to the late Henry and Etta Mae (Conklin) Hoop.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son, David; brother, Henry Hoop, Jr.; and grandson, Corey Radocks.
