CASE, Kenneth E. Â Age 77, of Linden, formerly of Redford Township, died Friday, April 9, 2004 Â at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at Hope Lutheran Church, 7355 W. Silver Lake Rd., Linden, with Pastor Lawrence Eckart officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery with Military Honors under the auspices of V.F.W. Curtis-Wolverton Post #3243. Visitation will be held 1-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Those desiring may make contributions to Hope Lutheran Church or Loose Senior Citizens Center. Mr. Case was born September 26, 1926 in Highland Park, the son of Kenneth and Helen (Collins) Case. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during WWII. Mr. Case taught Mathematics and Science in the Detroit Public Schools, retiring with over 30 years of service. After retirement, Mr. and Mrs. Case spent their winters in Bradenton, FL. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing bingo and most importantly, spending time with his family. Surviving are: wife, Jean; three daughters, Catherine K. (Greg) Stiles of Fowlerville, Wendy A. (Marshal) Zinn of Waterford, Kim D. (Wade) Lawrence of Kalamazoo; four brothers, Alan of Farmington Hills, Robert (Ellie) of Farmington Hills, William of West Bloomfield, Steven of Novi; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
