Kelly M. Lipp

LIPP, Kelly Marie, age 42, of Gaines and Swartz Creek, died Friday, May 16, 2008 at home. Funeral Services will be 1PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Chaplain Joe Florida officiating. Interment will follow in Avondale Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial Donations may be made to the family for her children. Kelly was born September 2, 1965 in Flint, the daughter of Thomas Eugene and Marlene (Mercier) Holmes and attended Swartz Creek High School. She married Richard W. Lipp II August 19, 1989 in Burton. Kelly was a dedicated mother to her children. She donated much of her time at Gaines Elementary Schools, was involved athletics and various school functions. She was a loving wife and daughter who cared about her family and friends. Surviving are her husband Rikk of Gaines; 2 daughters, Carrie Web(fiance, Brent Voris) of Flint, Stevie Lee Lipp of Gaines; Rikky Lipp III of Gaines; parents, Thomas and Marlene Holmes of Durand; 3 siblings, Christine Persal of Montrose, Scott Holmes (Michelle) of Swartz Creek, Debbie Vasicek of Durand; father and mother-in-law, Richard and Frances Lipp of Burton; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and ex-tended family, friends and neighbors.
