CAMERON, Keith M. - Age 38, of Genesee Twp., passed away Wednesday May 19, 2010 at McLaren Regional Medical Center due to a brain aneurysm. Keith was born in Pontiac, MI on December 30, 1971 to Jeannette and Kenneth J. Cameron. He live in Clarkston before moving to the farm which he loved in Lapeer. He was mostly raised in Lapeer, and graduated from Lapeer West High School. Keith served as a volunteer firefighter for the Elba Township fire department for many years. Keith loved spending time with his fianc Tracy Layman and their five-year-old daughter Baylei Jayde Cameron. He also loved to drink coffee and talk to anyone who would sit long enough to listen. He enjoyed playing video games, fishing, camping, cooking, traveling, fixing things, and spending time with friends and family. Keith was a great friend who would do anything that he could to help. Even in death he will live on through the donation of his organs. Keith is survived by his daughter, Baylei Jayde; fianc, Tracy Layman; mother, Jeannette Cameron; brother, Kenneth P. (Amy) Cameron; sister, Kimberly LeClercq; niece, Cheyenne Weir; nephews, Skyler Cameron and Cayden LeClercq; his dogs, Nebby Rose and Stanley, and many, many friends who will miss him dearly. His body will be cremated, memorial services will be held on Saturday June 12th. Contact the family for additional information. Keith is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth J. Cameron. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Baylei Cameron at ELGA Credit Union. Arrangements were handled by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint.
