EARP, Kathryn Fannie (Albro) - Age 85, died July 14, 2006 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral service will be held 10 AM Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Susan Youman officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Brighton. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Sunday and Monday at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held _______________ Monday evening. Those desiring may make contributions to D.A.R. (Daughters of American Revolution). Kathryn was born on February 18, 1921 in Detroit, the daughter of Lloyd Simons and Anna Theresa (Sharp) Albro. She married Herschel Willard Earp in Flint on March 1, 1941 and he preceded her in death in 1985. She graduated from Flint Central High School in 1939 and attended Flint Junior College. Kathryn visited 32 countries in the world. She was a life member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and was a development sponser of the Flint College and Cultural Center Surviving are 3 children, Kay Ann and husband Gary Adair of Davison, Loraine N. Earp of Colorado, Marjorie and husband Cecil Cross of West Bloomfield; daughter-in-law, Sarah Bush of Swartz Creek; 4 grandchildren, Philip and wife Krista Marino of Wilmette, IL, Karri Anne and husband Matthew Beebe of Westland, Kristina Marie and husband Robert Pittman of Allen Park, Sarah Adair of Novi; 5 great-grandchildren, Jonathon, Devin, Katherine, Alexandria and Elizabeth; cousin, Anita and husband Harold Patterson of Venice, FL.
