SARGENT, Kathryn "Kathi" Jean (Smethwick) - Age 59, of Otisville, died Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Services will be held 4:00 pm Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will be held 12PM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Kathi was born November 30, 1954 in Flint, the daughter of Arlen and Frances (Bair) Smethwick. She was like a mother to many people. She enjoyed crafts and making things for family and friends. Kathi was always positive and could see the silver lining in any situation. She also loved cooking and baking. Surviving are: children, Jennifer, Melissa, Tony; grandchildren, Arica and Allysen, Antonio, Harrison, Lennon, Ayden and one on the way; many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews; close friends that were like family and her animal babies.
