McDOUGALL, Kathryn Irene, age 78, of Burton, passed away Friday, December 24, 2010 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. with Rev. Larry Rednower officiating. Interment in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Kathryn was born August 28, 1932 in Williamson County, Illinois the daughter of the late Loran and Oma (Clever) McGee. She married Arthur McDougall April 14, 1962 in Energy, Illinois and he preceded her in death on June 26, 2005. Kathryn was raised in Illinois and had lived most of her adult life in the Flint area. She was a life-long member of New Haven Baptist Church and attended service every Sunday. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking and going to rummage sales. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family. She was loved dearly and will be remembered forever. Surviving are her 9 children, Linda Dunavan (Mike), Terry Barnett (Faith), and Gary Barnett (Janet) all of Illinois, Bruce Barnett (Laurie) David Barnett, Larry Barnett and James McDougall all of Burton; step-sons, Pat McDougall and Mike McDougall both of Flint; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, William McGee (Helen), sister-in-law, Marge McGee and several nieces, nephews and many friends, especially Carol Hall, Sharon Holt and Sylvia West.
