Kathleen Rosebohm

Rosebohm, Kathleen Marie (Dubey) age 76 of Swartz Creek, formerly of Bay City, passed away on January 7, 2023.  There will be a funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 13, 2023 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Road, Swartz Creek, MI 48473.  The family will receive visitors from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek,  and on Friday at the church from 10 AM until the time of  Mass.  Burial will take place at 10:30 AM Monday, January 16, 2023 at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.  Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Kathleen to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org).

Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Virgil.  Daughters, Kelly Rosebohm of Swartz Creek and Kim Rosebohm of Grand Blanc.  Brother, George Dubey of Omer and sister, Nancy Denay of Bay City.  Special cousins, Ron and Louann Reno.  Sisters-in-law, Bonnie Muma of Flint and Glenda (Don) Bryne of Mt. Morris.  Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Kathleen was born on July 17, 1946 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Vincent George and Evelyn Rosemary (Valley)  She graduated from T.L. Handy High School in 1964 and married Virgil James Rosebohm on May 21, 1966 in Bay City.  Kathleen worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Michigan - Flint and retired after 20 years of service.  She enjoyed crafts, camping, her dogs and Dulcimer music.

Mrs. Rosebohm was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Yad Sin Mui; brothers-in-law, John "Jack", Edward and Gary "Joe" Rosebohm and sisters-in-law, Lorraine Ward and Lucille Scott. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
