GALLAGHER, Kathleen Virginia "Kay" -- Age 87, of Fenton, died June 5, 2009 at Fenton Health Care. Services will held 1 PM Monday, June 8 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, Pastor E. Taveirne officiating. Visitation will be 3-6 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Fenton United Methodist Church. Kay was born August 13, 1921 in Davison, the daughter of Howard and Ruth (Kemery) McAra. She married William B. Gallagher on August 15, 1942 in Flint and he preceded her in death June 16, 2000. She had resided in Fenton most of her adult life and was a member of the Fenton United Methodist Church. She was the former co-owner of Gallagher X-Way Marine and Gallagher Deer Skin Center of Michigan. Surviving are: son Michael; daughter-in-law Beverly Suski; grandchildren, Tina M. Gallagher, Kari Holden, Toby Way; great-grandchildren, Brooke Holden, Alexander Harburn, Kaitlyn Harburn. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bill, and son Patrick.
