BUSH, Kathleen Williams - Age 91, of Flint, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Fostrian Manor, Flushing. A memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church, 746 S. Saginaw St., Flint. Dr. John Musgrave officiating. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the San Francisco Concert Chorale, SFsings, 236 W. Portal Ave. #828, San Francisco, CA 94132. Kathleen was born May 20, 1919 in Birmingham, England, the daughter of John and Alice Ada May (Price) Williams. She married John T. Bush on April 10, 1948 and he preceded her in death on March 15, 1995. Mrs. Bush attended General Motors Institute and retired from the Parks and Recreatio Department of the City of Flint. She was also the Program Director for senior citizens at Haskell Community Center. Kathleen was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Flint and was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are: daughter, Denice Rene Barth of Flint; son, John Emory Bush and his partner, Donald J. Krehbiel of Dallas, TX; three grandsons, Adam, Andrew and Matthew Barth. Her brothers, Jack and Bob Williams, also preceded her in death.
