TANNER, Katherine M. - Born in 1954 to parents, James and Joan Tanner. She worked at Crowley Department Store in Flint, Manpower in Allegan and Brooks Beverage Company in Holland. She loved gardening, travel, her three dogs and meeting new people. She is survived by her father, James Tanner; sister, Susan; brothers, James and Steve; son, Scott Hammond; daughter, Kim (Ian) Wilbur; five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan. Services will be held 1 PM Monday, August 12, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek.
