Karl William Baehr

Karl William Baehr - Age 72, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. A celebration of life will take place from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the City Church, 218 S. Mill Street, Clio, MI 48420. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. 

Karl was born on September 9, 1951 in Colorado Springs, CO, the son of the late Frederick and Gladys (Morgan) Baehr. He graduated from Flint Northwestern High School, class of 1969. Karl and Darcy Parks were united in marriage on August 12, 1972 in Grand Blanc. He worked for several retail businesses throughout his career working in clerk to management positions. In his free time, Karl enjoyed archery, golfing, bowling and amateur radio. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Darcy Baehr; children, Kimberly Baehr (Don), Chad (Jennifer) Baehr, Michelle Baehr (dog, Harley) and Amanda (Andrew) Montague; grandchildren, Brittany Baehr, Tyler (Ingrid) Burt, Steven (Meghan) Rose, Kirstin Baehr, Justin Baehr and Joshua Montague; great-grandchildren, Mason, Olivia and Stella; and brother, Douglas Baehr.
