Karen Ann MURPHY

MURPHY (Jobe), Karen Ann, age 59, of Fenton, went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 24, 2009 at Genesys Health Park. Private services have been held. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Karen was born April 25, 1950 in Wadena, Minnesota the daughter of Francis and Margaret (Aagard) Jobe. Karen and her husband Ken spent 39 wonderful years together. They resided in Fenton, where they raised 4 children and 1 grandchild. Karen enjoyed sewing, making stained glass, woodworking, gardening, shopping, playing Bingo and raising her granddaughter. Karen was employed by Walmart of Fenton as a department manager. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth of Fenton; 4 children, Bill Kehoe of Durand, Angel Bidelman (Kevin) of Argentine, Ken Kehoe, Kristi Murphy of Flint; 5 grandchildren, Allison and Dylan Kehoe, Amber, Autumn and Ashlin Bidelman; mother, Margaret Jobe of Linden; brother, Frank Jobe (Marit) of Linden; 4 sisters, Linda Redman of Linden, Debbie Renkiewicz (Ron) of Montrose, Barb McMaster (Dick) of Lapeer, Doretta Alexander (John) of Durand. She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Jobe.
