PETTY, June M.- Age 75, of Burton, died May 27, 2017. Funeral services will be held 7 PM Wednesday May 31 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will take place 2 PM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Kindred Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association. June was born June 4, 1941 in Flushing, the daughter of Joseph and Christine (Wagnitz) Sparks. She married James E. Petty in Burton on December 4, 1965. June spent her winters in South Padre Island, TX. She loved square dancing and collecting Coca Cola items. She is survived by her husband, Jim; children, Dennis Petty and Kris Buxton; grandchildren, Kelsey, Jacob, and Nathan; great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Addyson; siblings, Virginia, Leonard, Mary, Richard "Pete", and Harry; many nieces and nephews. June was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Joe, Dora, Gracie Ann, Tom, Caroline, and Bob.
