Julie was born August 14, 1963 in Royal Oak, the daughter of Thomas and Carole Ann (Loeser) Stankevich.  She was a graduate of Lake Fenton High School and Detroit College of Business where she earned her Associate's Degree.  She worked for Extreme Precision Screw Products since 2001.

Surviving are: her daughter, Sarah (Rex) Maxwell; granddaughters, Katelynn and Hannah; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
