Judith Graves

GRAVES, Judith Ann - age 73, of Gaines, died Sunday, October 1, 2017. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, October 6, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Janine Plum officiating. Interment will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM - 1 PM Friday at the funeral home. Judith was born June 2, 1944 in Flushing, the daughter of Harry and Loretta (Foreman) Armstrong. She married Matthew A. Graves on March 30, 1963 in Flint and he preceded her in death on August 21, 2017. Judith loved caring for her family. She enjoyed flowers and gardening. Surviving are: three children, Stephanie (Scott) Corey of Lapeer, Scott (Laurel) Graves of Swartz Creek, and Sally McCall of Stanford; 9 grandchildren, Jessica, Ben (Mariah), Katie, Brendan, Delaney, Jackson, Rebekah (Adam), Jacob, and Laura; one great-grandson, Judah; two sisters, Mae Pobocik of Swartz Creek and Betty Brunger of Grayling; brother-in-law, Stanley McDaniel; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; son-in-law, Richard McCall; and brother, Robert Armstrong.
