Juan Becerril

BECERRIL, Juan - Age 77, of Linden, formerly Saginaw, passed away after a lengthy illness Friday, July 1, 2011 at his daughter's residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM and at church Wednesday from 9:30 AM until time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to Heartland Hospice. Mr. Becerril was born January 12, 1934 in Monterrey, Mexico, the son of Juan and Manuela (Morales) Becerril. He was an avid mechanic and loved working on cars. He loved playing the lottery, polka music and the Bavarian Festival. Surviving are: 12 children, Mary Jane (Pedro) Espinosa of Grand Prairie, TX, John Becerril of Bay City, Mike Becerril of Bay City, Paul Becerril of Bay City, Debra (Nelson) Bond of Saginaw, Margaret (Jaime) Martinez of Bay City, Mark Becerril of Bay City, Wendy (Kenneth) Miller of Linden, Sal (Angie) Becerril of Bay City, Jason (Amanda) Becerril of Fenton, Katrina Smallwood of Arlington, TX and Brian Becerril of Bay City; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Silverio (Judy) Becerril of Bridgeport; his children's mother, Lupe Barocio of Bay City.
