Joyce Jacques

JACQUES, Joyce F. - Age 94, of Linden, passed away on March 8, 2022. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 18, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Thursday, March 17 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Joyce was born August 16, 1927 in Flint, the daughter of Homer P. and Margaret Fern (Rouleau) Adams Sr. She graduated from Linden High School in 1947 and was a life long resident of Lobdell Lake. She married Herbert J. Jacques on July 19,1947 and he preceded her in death on October 29, 2013.

Joyce is survived by her children, Michael Herbert (Gail) Jacques, Timothy John (Cynthia) Jacques, Toni Bluhm; grandchildren, Brent (Angela) Jacques, Jennifer (Nick) Godlesky, Brooke Jacques, Robert (Jillian) Jacques; great-grandchildren, Christopher Jacques, Jeremy Jacques, Blair Godlesky; god-daughter, Kelly (Michael) McIntyre; and special friend, Betty Cuppernoll.
