Joyce Irene BURTON

BURTON, Joyce Irene, age 70, of Flint, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Private services will be held at a later date. Joyce was born August 27, 1940 in Flint, the daughter of the late Arthur and Velma (Ulshafer) Burton. She retired from A.C. Spark Plug in 1993. Surviving are her daughter, Elizabeth "Rennie" Vestal of Flint; son, Jim Sakalis (Julie Garza) of Georgia; 3 grandchildren, Kristofer DeNoyer, Olivia and Sophia Sakalis; great-granddaughter, Bryona Abraham: 3 sisters, Pat Bowling of Flint, Jessie Warren of Grand Blanc, Donna Martin (Rex) of Texas; 2 brothers, Jack Burton of Flint and Harry Shephard of Japan.
