BOILLAT, Josephine Eretta (Withey) -- Age 76, went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on March 29, 2011 at her home. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, April 2 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6273 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor David Boillat, Pastor Aaron Whitman, and Pastor Chris Yager officiating. Interment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Contributions may be made to Gideons or Cornerstone Baptist Church in Swartz Creek. Josephine was born to Arthur and Frances Withey on November 14, 1934 in Petoskey, MI. She married Howard Boillat on February 27, 1951 in Angola, IN. They had just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. She resided in the Rankin and Swartz Creek area most of her married life, except for seven years in Indianapolis, IN. She loved her Lord and "Mom never knew a person she wouldn't give a gospel tract to." She loved her elderly patient she cared for and got her CNA to do the best job possible. She enjoyed walking at Genesee Valley and roller skating at Rollhaven and singing her hymns. She loved her husband with all her heart and her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist of Swartz Creek for 22 years. Surviving are husband, Howard and children Ronda (Bud) Bickell, Phillip (Karen) Boillat, James Boillat, Marie (Bill) Stebbins, Mark (Vicky) Boillat, Timothy (Toni) Boillat and Roxanne Wilson and fianc� Richard Sovis; step children, Diane Budai and Harry Lee Boillat; special "daughter"-in-law, Vicky Colpean; grandchildren, Michael, Angela, Kris, Josh, Jeff, Craig, Derek, Teah, T.A Travis, Trinity, Amy, Robert, Joey and Sarah; six step grandchildren, Barbara, Michelle, Leah, Carrie, Billy and Melissa; 35 great grandchildren; three special sister and brother in laws; many nieces and nephews; and best friends Marie Wright and the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, mother and father in law and great grandson Douglas Woodruff. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
