Joseph Wayne Wickham

WICKHAM, Joseph Wayne - Age 88, of Flint, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the Landings of Genesee Valley, Flint Township. A funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM, Monday, July 31, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Home, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Deacon Ron Kenney will preside with burial following in Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Monday. 

Joe was born on August 23, 1934, in Flint the son of Lorenzo and Delia (Sauer) Wickham. He graduated from Sacred Heart, class of 1952. Joe proudly served in the United States Army for two years before his honorable discharge. He worked for GM for 38 years before his retirement. Joe was united in marriage to LaDonna Bickford. Sadly, she preceded him in death. Joe was a Boy Scout Leader for many years for Troop 279 and Pack 279. He enjoyed walking and reading. 

He is survived by his children, Teresa (Donald) Cadarette, David Wickham and Steven (Shannon) Wickham; and eight grandchildren.
