Joseph Walsh

WALSH, Joseph Alan "Joe" - Age 67, of Fenton, died Sunday, September 26, 2021.  Services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, October 8, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St. Linden. Pastor Chris Vitarelli officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, October 8, 2021 from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of your choice.

Joe was born October 31, 1953 in Holly, the son of John Rodger and Gladys Irene (Green) Walsh.  He attended Linden Community School.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He retired in 2010 from D and R Earth Movers.  Joe had resided in the Fenton area his entire life.  He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 324 in Howell.  He enjoyed lawn tractors, chainsaw's, being on the water, and the outdoors.

Surviving are: daughter, Kristi (John) Swanson of South Lyon; son, Joe (Misty) Walsh of Holly; grandchildren, Nathan Estep, Kora Estep, Josh Estep, Logan Bock, and Madisyn Elliott; great grandchildren, Blaine and Sawyer; siblings, Tom (JoAnn) Walsh of Fenton, Nancy Dillon of Davison, Beverly (Bob) McWain of Grand Blanc, John (Deb) Walsh of Linden, and Jim (Pat) Walsh of Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
