Joseph M NUCCI

NUCCI, Joseph M., age 72, of Linden, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Funeral services will be 5:00PM Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Visitation will be 3PM Sunday until time of service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Joseph was born May 20, 1940 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of the late John August and Pasquelina Nucci. He married Kim Vowell on September 16, 1990. Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a director of manufacturing in the automotive industry. After his retirement Joseph was employed by Home Depot, Fenton. He was an avid pool player, enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. Joseph was always eager to help others and be supportive whenever he could. Surviving are his wife, Kim; 4 children, Richard Nucci (Carol), Joseph S. Nucci, Deirdre Hyjek, Carol Nowak (Paul); 3 stepchildren, Mary, Katherine and Joseph Cripps; 5 grandchildren, Samantha, Danielle, Christina, Amanda and Maggie; brother, John Nucci (Jane); several nieces and nephews.
