SULLIVAN, John Raymond Joseph III - Age 68, of Saginaw, formerly of Durand, died February 1, 2021. Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org). John was born May 26, 1952 in Flint, the son of John Raymond Joseph and Isabelle (Krupp) Sullivan II. John worked in automotive sales and repair most of his life. He loved cars and built his first car from the ground up. He loved music, collected guns, and enjoyed cooking and of course his family. He was an animal lover and never met a stray animal he didn't feed. He was a talented artist, woodworker, and singer.
Surviving are: fiancée, Julie Surprenant; three children, Laurie (Todd) Roy of Washington, Tracie (Steve) Adkins of Durand, John (Melissa) Sullivan IV of Cadillac; grandchildren, Crystal (Michael) Showers, Zachery Adkins, John Sullivan V, Bailey Roy, Joshua Sullivan, Chloe Adkins, Sarah Sullivan, Emma Sullivan, and Sullivan Roy; brother, Dennis Sullivan; sister, Kathleen (Bonnie Palmer) Sullivan-Nielson.
