SNYDER, John Phillip - age 83, of Flint, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at McLaren - Flint. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Fr. Steve Anderson celebrant. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will also be held 10 AM - 11 AM Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Flint Salvation Army, Food Bank of Eastern Michigan or Catholic Charities. John was born July 9, 1931 in Lansing, the son of Louis P. and Cora M. (Johnson) Snyder. He was a 1949 graduate of Sexton High School in Lansing. John attended Michigan State University and General Motors Institute. He was a real estate appraiser for many years.
