MUCHA, John  Age 92, of Flushing, died Thursday, December 29, 2005. John was born August 23, 1913 in Sagamoor, PA. His parents, the late Andrew and Mary (Havrilla) Mucha, came from Orlo, Czechoslovakia. He also was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael, Andrew, Joseph (WWII) and sister Helen Trosko. He was a lifelong member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church. John was known in the North End as Bozo. He served in the Army during World War II, in the European Campaign. He was a proud union member and an original sit down striker at GM Fisher II Plant. A memorial service will be held at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church at 11 AM Thursday, January 5, 2006. Military honors provided by Flint Detachment 155 Marine Corps League at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery. He is survived by: several nieces, nephews and cousins.
