John Edward Meloche

MELOCHE, John Edward - Age 91, of Linden, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden (The service will be live streamed and can be viewed via John's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Pastor Mark Cox officiating. Burial 2:30 PM Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service. John was born September 3, 1933 in Detroit, the son of Roy and Marie (Murphy) Meloche. He was a graduate of St. Theresa Catholic High School in Detroit; and he received an Associates Degree From Welsh College in Detroit. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Air Force. He married Judith Barbara Mazorowicz August 8, 1959 in Detroit. John retired in 1986 from Honeywell Corporation as an Accountant. He had resided in the Linden area since 2007, coming from Tennessee.

Surviving are: his wife of 65 years, Judith; son, Roger Meloche; grandchildren, Justin, Jennifer and Roger, Jr.. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Marie Meloche; sister, Maryann Reppegan; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Meloche. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
