John Arvid LUNDGREN

LUNDREN, John A. - Age 86, of Fenton, died January 6, 2010. Burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. John was born February 2, 1923 in Jay Twp., Elk City, Pennsylvania, the son of Oscar and Minnie (Gardiner) Lundgren. He lived in Ruby Creek for many years. He was a Pilot in WWII serving in the U.S. Navy. John owned and operated Pontiac Lake Motel. Surviving are: 4 children, Linda Kirkwood of Fenton, Jacqueline Lundgren of Florida, Britt Wind of Houston, TX and John Lundgren of Harbor Springs; 3 grandchildren, Forrest, Anders and Evrett.
