John was born September 21, 1949 in Flint, theson of George William and Joan Margot (Smith) Duby. Surviving are: daughter, Kimberly (Michael) Farrington; son, John William (Melissa) Duby; mother, JoanDuby; grandchildren, Sydney Michelle, Lucas William and Jacklynn Marie; aunts, uncles and cousins.
