Joanne Talbot

TALBOT, Joanne M.- age 85,  of Fenton, passed away Monday, February 21, 2022. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM Saturday, February 26, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. (Mass will be live streamed and may be viewed on her obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com) Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Interment will follow in Tyrone Memory Gardens, Fenton. Visitation will be held 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a Rosary Service will be held at 7 PM. Visitation will also be held 10 AM until the time of Mass Saturday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John Educational Fund.

Joanne was born March 23, 1936 in Flint, the daughter of Russell and Hyacinth (Rhoads) Charron. She was a graduate of St. Mary High School in Monroe, MI. Joanne graduated from Detroit Mercy Nursing School and worked at St. Joseph Mercy in Ann Arbor, and McLaren Hospital in Flint.  She was a full time mom and grandmother!

Surviving are: her husband, Donald L.; 3 children, Kelly Leavy, Christopher S. (Kellie) Talbot, Julie (Stephen) McDonald; 7 grandchildren, Molly (Eric), Kathryn, Sam, Zachary, Jaxson, Annbel, and Grace; siblings, Louise (Walt) Zimmerman, Jamesetta (Paul) Thomas, Joseph (Sue) Charron, Paul (Nancy) Charron, John (Roxanne) Charron, Mary Ann (David) Witter; and many nieces and nephews.
