Joanne Marie LAROBARDIERE

LAROBARDIERE, Joanne Marie - age 69, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Brian's House Hospice. Services will be held 3 PM Friday, April 9, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd. with Pastor Jerry Pruett officiating. Contributions may be made to Brian's House Hospice. Mrs. Larobardiere was born February 19, 1941 in Flint, the daughter of Russell and Mildred (Allen) Dennis. She married John "Jack" Larobardiere, Jr. on November 11, 1972 and he preceded her in death on December 22, 2000. Mrs. Larobardiere sold jewelry at Hudson's for many years and loved quilting and other crafts. Surviving are: four children, Diana Murany, Retha Bruff, Connie Johns, Candie Thibo; three stepchildren, Gary Larobardiere, Allan Larobardiere, and Rae Ann Spohn; 21 grandchildren; siblings, Leon (Ellie) Dennis, Doris (Larry) Bonham and Barbara Seal. She was also preceded in death by: her parents; son, Joseph Murany; step-daughter, Carole Gass; and brother, Jerry Dennis.
