Joanne Griffin

GRIFFIN, Joanne - Age 80, of Linden, died Sunday, September 1, 2019. Per her request cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 Fenton Road, Fenton, MI 48430. Joanne was born October 22, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of Paul and Marion (Rogers) Page. She attended Kearsley High School. She married Jack D. Griffin August 26, 1953 in Flint and he preceded her in death November 10, 2013. She had resided in Linden for the past 50 years coming from Swartz Creek and Flint. Joanne had worked for GM Truck and Bus. She was an avid reader, loved gardening, talented Seamstress, the best cook, and enjoyed Crocheting and Knitting.Surviving are: her children, Scott (Tanya) Griffin, Michael Griffin, Tracy (James) Hawk, and Thressa (Jarrod) Robbins; daughters-in-law, Trisha Griffin and Rhonda Griffin; grandchildren, Nicholas (Malia) Griffin, Kellie (Erik) Smith, Hunter Griffin, Scott and Brandon Griffin, Griffin and Dalton Willwerth, and Braylin Robbins; great grandchildren, Nicole, Jackson, Keegan, Kolton, and Joseph; sisters, Patricia Lobsinger and Dana Koehler; special niece, Lesley Britt; and several other nieces and nephews.
