Joann Martin

MARTIN,  Joann, age 77 of Mundy Twp., died at home on Thursday, July 13, 2006.  Mrs. Martin was born in Flint on July 8, 1929 the daughter of Orvel and Alma (Bremer) Woodbury.  She has been a lifelong resident of the Flint area.  Mrs. Martin was a homemaker, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She was a member of the Model 'A' Restorer's Club.  Surviving is her husband John D. Martin; 5 children;  Dan Martin and wife Deborah of Flint, Trudy Martin of Pontiac, Connie Meisel and husband Randy of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Kevin Martin of Flint and Jody Nickola and husband Joseph of Grand Blanc. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren;  Jason and Adam Meisel, John and Arnold and wife Crystle Martin, Margee, Kylie and Jordan Nickola and 4 sisters and several nieces and nephews.  Cremation rites have taken place. Burial of cremated remains will take place 11:30 A.M. Monday, July 17, 2006 at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
