Joann Louise Kietzman

Kietzman, Joann Louise - Age 92, of Swartz Creek, died February 14, 2025. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, February 19 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Interment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 11AM until time of service at 1 PM Wednesday, February 19 at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to Messiah Lutheran Church.

Joann was born February 13, 1933 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of William Kippe and Claudina (Peterson) Kippe. She was a graduate of Kearsley High School. She married Victor V. Kietzman on October 25, 1952 in Flint; he preceded her in death January 9, 2010. She worked at Swartz Creek Schools for 13 years as an Educational Aide. She enjoyed crocheting and quilting. She loved her family

Surviving are: children, Michael (Carol) Kietzman of Colorado, Mark (Susie) Kietzman of Swartz Creek, Candace Hubble of Chesaning; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her father, William; mother Claudina; step-mother Glatha; husband Victor; son, Victor Jr. (Diane); son-in-law, Dale Hubble; 3 brothers, William Kippe, Edward Kippe and Jim Edson.
