JoAnn M. Blake

BLAKE, JoAnn M. - Age 93, of Fenton, passed away, Monday, March 3, 2025. Cremation has taken place and services will be announced at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 24359 Northwestern Hwy., #125, Southfield, MI 48075.

JoAnn was born December 14, 1931 in West Seneca, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret (Wernet) Setlock. She was a graduate of West Seneca High School in Seneca, NY. She married William Blake June 17, 1950 in Buffalo, NY and he preceded her in death March 20, 2020. She had resided in Fenton since 1989 coming from Detroit. JoAnn enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are: her children, Susan and Cole Grandy, Sandra Blake, Nancy and Mark Andersen, Cindy Blake, John Blake, Kim and Gary Weak, David and Charlotte Blake and Dennis and Debbie Blake; 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; sister, Marie Tagliaferro; brother, Joseph Setlock; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; sons, Kenneth and James Blake; and grandson, Jordan Grandy. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
