Jessie James

JAMES Jessie Geneva -- Age 87, of Chesaning, died  April 16, 2022. Services will be held 1 PM Saturday, April 23 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, ( A live stream of  the service can be viewed on Jessie's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).  Visitation will be 11 AM  until time of service Saturday April 23 at the funeral home. Jessie was born July 12, 1934 in Arkansas the daughter of Jesse and Eunice (Lockheart ) Bradley.  Jessie was sassy, stubborn and loving.  She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, but her love for the Lord is indescribable.  We know she is with the Lord and resting peacefully.  She is survived by her children, Allen (Allean) James, Doug (Sheila) James, Shannon (Theresa) James; grandchildren, Mariana (John), Elias, Landon, Ryan, Emily (Jesse), Chelsea (Johny), Katy (Matt), Lacy (Mark), Sarah (Sam) Steffani, Samantha ( Mike), Shelby (Jon); 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Junior (Lavonna) Bradley, Jerry (Rethie) Bradley, Claudia (Charles) Merick, Steve  Bradley Sr., Bruce (Laura) Bradley, Connie (Bob) Presnull;  She was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Parker; sister in law, Patricia Bradley; and son Tim James.
