Jerry Linn Ward

WARD, Jerry Linn  Age 58, of Toledo, OH, formerly of Flint, died Thursday, July 22, 2004 at St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo, OH. Services will be held 11 AM Monday, July 26, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.), Flint. Interment will be held at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be from 2-9 PM Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Ward was born November 15, 1946 in Flint, the son of Charles and Juanita (Albert) Ward. Mr. Ward was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. serving during Vietnam. He retried from General Motors where he worked as a finish carpenter for many years. Mr. Ward was a very family oriented man with a big heart that would do anything for his family. Surviving are: best friend, Connie Lang; son, Monte W. Ward and wife, Kelly of Toledo, OH; granddaughter, Angelique Ward of Toledo, OH; grandson, Jordan Spurgeon; father, Charles Ward; brother, Charles Ward of Flint; two sisters, Becky and husband, Dave Guelette of Millington, Peggy Engle of Flint; nieces and nephews, Eric Guelette and Chris Guelette and wife, Shannon, Josie Engle and Erin Engle.
