Jerry Lee Carroll

Carroll, Jerry Lee - Age 82, of Flushing, formerly of Grand Blanc, died April 10, 2025. Memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc.

Jerry was born April 30, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of William L. and Helen (Schenk) Carroll. He graduated from Ben Davis High School. He continued his education with a Bachelors Degree from Milligan College (University) and also graduate work at The University of Michigan. Jerry married Anita Murray on August 8, 1964 in Bryan, Ohio. He taught at Grand Blanc middle school and high school, teaching English and Math, retiring after 35 years. Jerry also helped with the drama department at Grand Blanc. He enjoyed singing and was quite a singer. Jerry was an active member of Mayfair Bible Church.

He is survived by his wife, Anita; sons, Jon (Amy), and Josh (Debbie); grandchildren, Jordan, Brandon, Aiden; sisters, Jacque (Jim) Rotruck, Joyce McLaughlin, Deborah (Michael) Langdon; and nieces and nephews . Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
