Jerald Staley

STALEY, Jerald C. - Age 63, of Gaines, died January 27, 2016. A memorial gathering will be held 1-8 PM Tuesday and 1-6 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the family for an education trust for his grandchildren. Jerald was born January 12, 1954 in Flint, the son of Jacob and Marye (Coyner) Staley. Jerald was an American Welding Society certified Inspector and Educator and was the Program Coordinator at Mott Community College. He loved fishing and was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his children, Jerald II (Jennifer) Staley, Jacob (Kim) Staley, Lisa (Bill) Loder; grandchildren, Colton, Dominic, Cooper, Zoey and Harper; mother, Marye Staley; brothers, Tom, Jake and Dan; sister, Sue.
