WHEAT, Jeffrey Scott - Age 52, of Laingsburg formally of Flint, passed away September 5, 2021. Funeral services will be held, 2PM Saturday September 11 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek. Pastor Brad Foster Officiating. Interment at Byron Cemetery, Byron Township. Visitation will be at 12 PM until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Those desiring, may make contributions to The National Breast Cancer Foundation. Jeffrey was born December 19, 1968 in Flint the son of Abb and Clara (Hightower) Wheat. He graduated high school from Flint Southwestern. Jeffrey and his wife Kimberly were married September 4, 2010 in Port Austin. He belonged to the honors society at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received his Master's Degree from Kettering University. He was a cowboy at heart, loved John Wayne and was a trained Farrier. He loved the Detroit Tigers, University of Michigan Football, fishing, deer hunting and his beloved dog, Moo-Moo. His greatest passion above all was his 2 granddaughters; Harper Grace and Brinley "pooper". He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Wheat (Graham), daughters; Kelsey (Brian) McClelland, Skyler Gray, father in law, Alex Graham (Cris), mother in law, Tina Graham (Tom), brother, Steve Wheat, niece, Cynthia Sprague, great niece, Victoria, sister Rebecca Thompson (Emmanuel), sister, Melissa Camphous (Troy): brother, Alex (Christy) Graham; many nieces and nephews, his very best friend, Bobby Nies (Michelle).
