Jeffery C. Smith Jr., of Fenton, age 24, born October 8, 1981, was called home by his Lord and Jesus to spin the angels on Thursday, September 21st, 2006. Funeral Services will be held 11AM Monday, September 25, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Jack McMaster officiating. Interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held 7-9PM Saturday and 2-5 and 7-9PM Sunday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Genesys ICU. Jeffery enjoyed taking care of everyone and possessed a special gift that facilitated peoples laughter and allowed them to treasure the moment.  All who knew him will miss his jubilant and effervescent spirit. Jeffery is survived by his parents, Dale and Norma Jean Geer of Fenton; beloved sister, Raegeanne L. Smith of Fenton; Grandparents, ReJean and Beatrice LaBrie of New Hampshire, Bill and Connie Ignace of Fenton and Janet and Myrlen Geer of Howell; Special Grandpa, Ted Miedler of Fenton; Sister, Sassy Smith; Brothers, Jonathan and Brian Smith; Uncles, Tony Wood, George LaBrie and ReJean LaBrie Jr.; Aunt, Marrianne Lord; special friend, Amber Hopson; and his best buddy, Loran Booger Lynn, to whom he was completely devoted.The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Neuro-trauma Intensive Care Unit at Genesys Hospital for their loving and constant endeavor to provide Jeffery with solace in his final days and  the deepest  expression of  appreciation to all the friends and family who sent cards and prayers Jefferys direction.
